Do you count decaf tea with no sugar as water also since its zero calories and has really no other nutrition values?

Personally I only count water as plain old water..0

I only count water as my water. Coffee, tea etc I don't count.0

There are folks on both sides of this question. Personally I only log water as water but there are many others who will log it as water (as well as logging the tea/coffee/whatever they add to it). Depends on what you ultimately decide.0

Yes everything that is liquid (of course not things like gasoline, antifreeze etc) can be considered a source of hydration. This includes caffeinated drinks. Your amazing body is able to extract the H2O from the liquid.
Maybe not alcohol but in a state of dehydration your body would benefit.
Many people never or rarely drink "pure" water and they are not dehydrated.
What people count as water may vary, but your body counts it all.0 -
I never drink pure water, yet I'm alive. Caffeinated beverages hydrate you just fine, almost as much as pure water does, especially if you are a regular consumer.0

I would say so.
Decaf tea no sugar is the same as water with lemon in it except it has less calories of zero. it flavors the water the same with less calories ( meaning zero for decaf tea no sugar- the lemon juice does have calories)0 -
if water is in it yes its water...0
