I am going to a Thai place for dinner with a group of people and have NO IDEA what is healthy! Does anyone regularly eat thai that knows what would most likely be on the menu without totally ruining my diet?

    Bes bet is the papaya salad. I love red curry with shrimp and one cup is about 200-300 cals. Plus a large helping of papaya salad around 100 cals and your set.
