    Kid Rock
Me First and the Gimme Gimmes
    Pearl jam
    Old school rap
    Jimmy Buffett.

Pandora radio has been doing it for me! Since it shuffles around I get the mix of that type of music. I literally go from some days listening to Tool radio, 70s hits, southern hip hop, 90s alternative, pretty lights, and today Sublime radio was working! It just depends on if I'm struggling through my workout. This morning was a struggle for the first 15 but then I got into my zone and the sounds of Sublime, Bob Marley, and Slighty Stoopid kept me rolling!

Indoors I listen to Bone Thugs N Harmony or anything with a beat more rapid than my workout HR. Outdoors, where I prefer to do my training I just listen to nature.

    I'm personally a rock person when I run/workout....

Five Finger Death Punch, Parkway Drive, A Day to Remember, Slipknot, Linkin Park (old), Avenged Sevenfold, Atreyu, System of a Down, just to name a few
  • I listen to a lot of things! But I really enjoy Five Finger Death Punch and Drowning Pool and some Flogging Molly for cardio.
  • For my cardio I like some hip hop, some old school stuff and some current.....Fast music to get me going :)

I have been having a heck of a time finding music. Need instrumentals with a good fast beat.
  • I only listen to techno music when I am powerwalking. This fast music is the only one I have found that keeps up with my steps. I won't walk to anything slower for I feel I am just out "smelling the roses". If my mp3 players dies then my workout ends cause I need the fast pace music to walk very fast. I have been unable to find people to walk with for I walk to fast for them, so I just walk by myself, which is better so I am not slowed down. For right now, I can clear 4 miles under an hour....I am working on getting my speed faster. Believe me to get to this point took MUCH time. I remember starting walking 20 years ago at a 2.5 mph.....
