Running in Dallas?

I'll be spending a few days in Dallas towards the end of June for a conference. I will likely be staying somewhere in or near the West End. Where are some good spots to go running (3 to 4 miles) in the area? I can drive somewhere if I need to, but the closer the better because driving in Dallas freaks me out!
