I really loved the read and I wanted to share and start a discussion... Do you runners feel running leads to a better brain? And do you guys think it is only endurance exrecise that achieve that effect?

    Since thought is a chemical reaction in the brain, any exercise that has impact on the neural network is a benefit. That would include lifting weights. Proven to reduce stress, and stress usually is emotional.
