My husband has filled the cupboards with oreo's, donuts, pop tarts, etc..

My mouth is watering right now and I'm just getting used to eating these teeny tiny serving size portions. It all looks so good. I don't want to give in.

Help me not to fall into the temptation!!

Gaah! Tell him to find some other hidden place to keep them if he "needs" them in the house. Be strong! :drinker:

Tell him you are really struggling and you need his help. Ask him to put them in a place you dont know about. I know personally I can't have that stuff in the house because I am just not that strong.

    GOOD LUCK STAY STRONG!!! :flowerforyou:

    This may help:

Google each ingredient in the ingredients list and see exactly what it is. Perhaps knowing is half the battle?

...I know that I certainly NEVER want to have another bite of Cool Whip after learning what else the ingredients in Cool Whip can be used in (thanks to Dave, who has since left MFP  ).

    Cheers! :drinker:

Imagine it all the way through. Yes you might enjoy it for a couple minutes as you indulge. And then what? How will you feel AFTERWARDS? I personally end up feeling guilty and disappointed in myself, and wish like heck I could undo the act. I promise you, it is not worth it! What are you willing to do to change your body? Stay strong! Chug some water and go for a walk or something to distract yourself.

    What she said. . .

Maybe have a frank talk with him about how hard that is for you? :flowerforyou:
  • Ahhhh!

Thanks for all the support! I've made it through the attack of the junk food! I didn't touch a morsel!

I am going to talk with my husband tonight and tell him he is seriously going to have to padlock his junk somewhere! I can't be tempted like that everyday!:grumble:
