Now I just have to lose the same again and I'll be at goal.

Started in January. There have been times when it's been frustrating - my stomach size has barely changed, the stretch marks - but the numbers are still going in the right direction so I just need to stick with it.

Congratulations. Amazing. Keep with it! 50lbs lost is an amazing achievement - especially since January.
    22 bags of sugar!
44 pounds = an elephants heart
50 pounds = a small bale of hay
    55 pounds = a 5000 BTU air conditioner

Just to add to what a previous poster wrote... 52 pounds is equal to 208 sticks of butter's worth of FAT! Amazing! :flowerforyou:

Sometimes the little things make a big difference.

I have a pair of expensive knee high boots. They're custom made as I have high insteps and can barely bend my right foot so have to have boots that zip down entirely.

They were custom made to measure in leather.

However when I put them on today I discovered they're nearly falling down as they're so loose around the top.

:-) A great excuse to go shoe shopping!
