Powerplate

Hi - I am trying a 30 minute class of this tomorrow - how would you rate it in your fitness counter? Would it be low impact aerobics? It is meant to be pretty tough and is equivalent to 90 mins in the gym apparently! Thanks

I am not sure but I have a Hypervibe machine, (basically the same) so I will have a go on it tomorrow while wearing my Mio watch which will give me a calorie burn for the 10 min program.
Hope you have fun with it!!
I will be doing mine at 19Hz, see if you can find out what your machine will run at and I will check it on mine.

Any ideas? I am doing it twice a week for 30 minutes on 30hz and have no idea how many calories.

It must be something as I sweat a ton and sometimes can't walk because my muscles are getting a good workout?

Very worthwhile reading all the knowledge and advice on this website. Certainly opened my eyes in a very positive way to how vibration training works. Also, the risks and also why calorie burn is not the important factor in vibration training.
