Hey all! Just wondering how you track when you use a marinade for cooking? I wasn't noting it but am wondering if I should--does it make that big a difference? Thanks!

That would depend a lot on what your marinade is made of, how much you use, if you incorporate it into a sauce...0

i use a dry chipotle mix packet (mcCormicks I think) that you mix with water and olive oil. then pour it over and let it soak for awhile.0
