update! i worked out. woop!
30 min on tread w/ incline half way and running in a few spurts.
30 min circuit weights.
and a 6 inch sub that was only 310 cals from subway!

Maybe you could try keeping healthier items in your purse so if you do feel the need to eat.. you don't go for something unhealthy. You could also try drinking a glass of cold water if you feel the need to eat but aren't hungry... or trying to find an activity to replace eating when you are feeling stressed... like meditating... or cross stitch... or something0
