I'm Kinda Scared to try Crossfit

So, there's a killer groupon in my area for classes at the local Crossfit. $29 for 10 classes, or $59 for 20 classes plus one personal training session.

I'm debating about buying it - it seems like a great opportunity, but I'm scared I can't hack it!
