    Cool that you are starting. Don't get discouraged if it doesn't come off 2 lbs a week though, especially towards the end. My weight loss bounces up and down a bit. 1 lb one week, 1.5 the next, and sometimes .5 lb gain (though admittedly only once).

    Yeah! On top of cutting calories I'm doing plenty exercise on the bike! :) To help that extra bit.

    Any exercise you enjoy will help. I like walking dumbass (my dog), especially in the mornings on the weekends when it's quiet and I get 75 - 110 cals in exercise as a benefit :happy:
