is there anybody out there who`s feeling like a baloon when he eats chewing gum?

    Yup. My theory is that I must swallow air when chewing gum.

    I tend to avoid it anyway as I have a habit of missing the gum and chewing the inside of my mouth which is very painful

    You also may bloat if there is aspartame in it.....:smile:
