Wanting to start Exercising

I've lost about 50 lbs without exercising.. well a few walks here and there. Which I'm really happy about but I have another 50 lbs to go. My job keeps me constantly moving, stretching, lifting, etc. However, my weight has been stuck between the same 10 lbs for about two months. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start? I'm way too broke to join a gym and I live on a busy road and I share my vehicle. So in other words, it has to be free/cheap and at home.
Here at home I have some weights in the garage somewhere, some leg lift thing upstairs? It's my brothers and I never use it. Maybe it's something else. :blushing: I have no clue... An exercise ball but it has those bumps all over it that hurts, supposedly it's to help massage my body lol. I live near a state park and I would love to go swimming but that costs money :noway:
Any ideas? Remember.. start me out easy lol.

You have a floor right?
get on the floor and start doing leg lifts, crunches, squats.. You have any stairs in your home or near by.. go run up and down them trust me this is a great workout and it's FREE!!!! i love free stuff and when it comes to working out that's the best thing most workouts are free.. Or jump rope they are cheap (wal-mart has it for 2 bucks) and you can do it any where..

Hiking at a State park is amazing. Walk, wog, jog, bike. Whatever it is that makes you happy.
Find your favorite thing and just do it!0 -
you can do the 30 day shred video online (http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=xbabiboopx&view=videos&query=30+day+shred), and since one can find that online, I bet you can find some other exercise videos online for free.0

Thanks everyone, awesome ideas! The 30 day shred scares me a little lol. I think I would pass out after the first set of jumping jacks!0
