Back to try again

So i am back to try this again, when i was here last time i got discouraged because i couldnt figure out how to get the proper calories for meats, fresh meats that is and some of my exercises i was doing was not able to figure out the calculations of calories burned. Does anyone have any tips that may help and i realize that i may be able to find things in the data base now alot easier, or at least im hoping anyways.Wishing everyone good luck in their weightloss
