I'm not entirely new to MFP but this is my first post to the boards. Looking for new friends.
A little about myself. I live in Alabama. I'm 5'8". My starting weight was 220lbs, my current weight is 187lbs & my goal weight is 120lbs ultimately but right now I'm aiming for 160lbs. I've hit a patch right now however and am stuck between 185 & 190lbs. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get out of this rut in which I have found myself in?

Yank the steering wheel hard to the left. Seriously, change something up for a while. A new form of exercise, fewer or more calories for a while, new intensity. Our bodies love to be comfortable and sometimes need some shaking up. Best of luck with your goals!0
