Hi,

I'm a 26 year old book and science geek. Never been a serious dieter but decided I needed to do something to lose the weight I've put on through my 20's. I've lost just over 2 stone in the last year, although I lost my way just after Christmas (although didn't put any back on) and I'm looking to get back on track and lose another 2 stone. I've taken up yoga, running and going to the gym (and will be starting swimming soon too).
