how to fit in strength training

i think i would benefit from strength training with my legs, but i'm not sure where to fit it in to my current workout schedule, which i am really happy with. in a typical week, i spin two days, volleyball one day, softball one day, and a run one or two days. i strength train my upper body three times a week, but how do i fit in strength training with my legs without tiring them too much to complete my cardio?

Take those three days that you work your upper body and turn them into full body workouts. Compound lifts will give you more bang for your time in the gym. Get off the machines and into free weights and you'll get the results.
As far as weights and cardio on the same days, I would just save my hard run days for days when I'm not lifting.0
