Please help me work out what my net calorie goal should be?!

Hi all,
I am so confused - I have read the forums so many times to see what I should be having as my calorie goal but cannot figure it out - hoping someone who understands better than me can!
My stats are:
25 year old female
5ft 4
Current weight 9.5 stone (133 pounds)
I am a high school teacher and am exercising about 5 times a week (burning around 300 calories from cardio each time)
My goal is 8.5 stone (119) and would like to lose a pound a week (I dont think losing 2 pound would be healthy although would try it!)
I have used fat to fit and found out my BMR is 1417. I am confused now as to how to work out my net calories?!

Hey hun!
According to f2f as lightly active you should aim for 1864 and not eat back your exercise calories.
It's tricky knowing what activity bracket you fit into, I use sedentary and eat back exercise cals but I have a desk job.
If you did it that way you'd eat 1627 and then eat 300 more calories on the days you work out.
Because you only have a stone to lose, half a pound a week is probably more realistic.
Make sure you're netting above your bmr0
