I havent been on mfp because sometimes it triggers me to diet in a way that isnt natural to me.
So my challenge for the rest of the month is to lose 8 pounds, about 2 per week, since the first week is done.
This is open to anyone that wants to join me and if enough people want to Ill make a group.
The diet rules are as follows, if you are obsessive please take it to another challenge, if youre going to count calories and talk about, see above, the diet I am looking for is a sense of normalcy so the rules are not to over eat EVER and not to eat when you're not hungry. So clearly thats up to the individual to determine. So the focus will be more on how much did you eat and why did you eat it more than what did you eat. I know this rubs a lot of people wrong but this is what I do and looking for people to join me. I totally get there are more calories in a small danish than a large salad.
Excercise- This is where Im super bad, I am just going to ask that everyone do something every day, I am bad for not doing anything on certain days, I have a bad migraine today, but I still will take my son and dog on a walk
This should be a low stress challenge but one that respects your body and doesnt fill it up unnecesarily.
I understand if this isnt for everyone but Ive found it works well for me.
