Exercises to get ready for 30DS

I'd like to start the 30DS at the beginning of June or July. Anyone have recommendations on exercises I can do at home to get prepped so the 30DS doesn't kill me. I am currently swimming 2x a week and doing leg exercises at home 6x a week. I am about 2 months post knee injury and 1 month post physical therapy for same, so I don't want to jump in with 30DS and end up injured again.
