NSV: Last night I carried a 24 pack of water a far distance without struggling. And today when i was doing the arm weight thingies...I thought i had it set to 35lbs, but after doing 10 of them, I checked and saw it was 45lbs.

That's the most I've been able to lift so far. When I first started all this I had 0 upper body strength & 8-10lbs was "sooooo heavy" but in the few months I've been here, I've improved so much.

:)

Isn't is awesome how strong you are getting? Its the little things that make your day sometimes. Ok I can now go up the flight of stairs without feeling like I am going to have a heart attack or like you, I can now carry something that used to be "heavy".

Great job and keep up the good work!

Thank you! It's so exciting, I never thought it would happen. I've always been so weak. Congrats to you too :)
