New to MFP

Im new to MFP. I figured keeping track of my goals and my weightloss would be better on here then writing everything down. today is day one for me on my life challenge :). I'd love to hear any advice any of you might have! im new to the whole watching calories,carbs,and sugars. So input would be great!!.
