Best exercise for the inner thighs and triceps?

What are the best exercises to lift the booty and firm up the back of the arms?

    Deadlifts!

    Squats and lunges are fantastic as well. Do them weighted and do the full range of motion. As far as arms go, I just do shoulder presses, lat pulls, and low rows. The arm flab slowly diminishes and I'm starting to see evidence of muscle...who knew?
