Hello, I would like some advie regarding exercise and what is best to get the weight loss goals i am looking for.
\
I am currently staying below my 1500 calorie intake as recomended on MFP. I drink water none stop and it is all i drink.
Here is my current work out plan. I have been using the elliptical (cross ramp) as i hurt my calf muscle and knee a few weeks ago and the treadmil was killing it.
I go for five min at 3 cross ramp and 3 resistance.
then 1 min for 8 and 4
then 2 min at 3 and 3
then 1 min for 10 and 5
then 2 min at 3 and 3
then 1 min at 10 and 5
then 2 min at 3 and 3
then 1 min at 10 and 5
then 2 at 3 and 3
then 1 min at 12 and 6
then 2 at 3 and 3
then 1 at 14 and 7
then 2 at 3 and 3
then 1 at 12 and 6
then 2 at 3 and 3
then 1 at 10 and 5
then 2 at 3 and 3
then 1 at 4 and 4
cool down for five.
I always keep my heart rate up above 145 while i am going at higher intensity and dont let it fall below 125 during the two minute rests.
in total i am doing 35 minutes and the distance is over 2 miles.
I want to go back onto the treadmil. I loved that feeling...
I have seen the diffrent ways of doing the interval training... run and walk or spirt and stop and rest and diffrent times...
HELP PLEASE.. LOL so much information i just want a good program that i can kick *kitten* at.
soooo is it 8 sec sprints and 12 second rests (stop) or is it 30 second run 1 minute walks.... any advice pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee
