Help!

I am in need of some foods that are quick that I can bring in my lunch that have a lot of protein. Also looking for new ideas of foods low in calories that are also filling! Please HELP!!

    I have started loving hard boiled eggs. 78 calories and you get your protein and they are filling. I have also done Morningstar Veggie Burgers with a slice of Kraft cheese on the top and veggies. A handful of almonds also goes a long way.

    You could also throw a can of tuna on top of a bed of lettuce and tomatoes with a simple vinaigrette dressing.

    Cook up some chicken at the beginning of the week and use it to make chicken wraps, salads, rice and chicken, rice noodles and chicken and broccoli.

    I always do protein bars and shakes because I'm a vegetarian to get extra protein. I love the Atkins ones. :)
