Is my diary for today a good example for how it should be?

Hey guys,

Probably such a stupid thread but thought there's no harm in asking!

Basically i've been trying out different stuff for ages. Found that MFP is the best but setting it to lose 2lbs a week is not working as I just get too hungry after a few days and just binge! I've set it to 2lbs a day now.

Would be great if anyone could take a look and give an honest opinion? :)

Just a few extra details you can't see:

Height: 5ft 9 inches
Weight: 240lbs
Neck: 16 inches
Waist: 45 inches
Thigh: 28 nches
