I went on my dads scale than my scale and his says 206 mine says 209. Which scale should I trust?

I've read that one way to test a scale is to step on and off of it three times in a row. See if both still give you the same numbers or if they vary...the one that gives you the same number three times in a row is accurate.0

Use whichever scale you use normally for your weigh ins.
Different scales read different based on a lot of different factors. If you normally use your dad's scale for your weigh ins use that weight. If you usually use yours use the weight that one gives you.0 -

Do not weigh in on different scales. It can be very frustrating. Pick one scale and stick with it. If you want to test your scale, take a dumb bell, or even an unopened bag of sugar, flour, etc. and weigh it. Then adjust your weight accordingly.0
