Confused?

I went on my dads scale than my scale and his says 206 mine says 209. Which scale should I trust?

    I've read that one way to test a scale is to step on and off of it three times in a row. See if both still give you the same numbers or if they vary...the one that gives you the same number three times in a row is accurate.

    Use whichever scale you use normally for your weigh ins.

    Different scales read different based on a lot of different factors. If you normally use your dad's scale for your weigh ins use that weight. If you usually use yours use the weight that one gives you.

    Stop using different scales. Pick one and stick with that.

    Do not weigh in on different scales. It can be very frustrating. Pick one scale and stick with it. If you want to test your scale, take a dumb bell, or even an unopened bag of sugar, flour, etc. and weigh it. Then adjust your weight accordingly.
