Did you stay within your nutritional goals? YES!!!!!
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes - no bored or emotional eating.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Finished Week 4 of the Couch to 5K program
What would I have done differently? I wouldn't have had a lot of candy
What is today's personal goals? No candy or mints and exercise for at least an hour

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't make it to the gym, but didn't go over my calories
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed within my calories, even though over a friend's house for dinner.
What would I have done differently? Not had that second mojito.
What is today's personal goals? Pushing the exercise just a little harder

Did You stay within your nutritional goals? Yes!!!!
Did I reach yesterday personal goal? 40 mins of cardio and 45 mins strength training. Did Great and felt good.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Working out hard, staying within my calories and not eating at a friend's house I had my dinner before I left home. Ate some of her candy in the bow on the table but only like 3 little pieces. I don't have "treats" in my own house, so It's Okay to eat them at her house coz I don't go there all the time... 3 pounds off to start me off in July..WOOT, WOOt
What could I have done differently? Nothing at all. I did good!
What am I gonna do today to make me feel proud? Get off the couch and the computer and hit the gym. Just Cardio today maybe an hour. Have a great day everyone and just think know that piece of BBQ ribs, hotdogs, burgers sure do not taste as good as skinny feels!!!!:laugh:0 -

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went and worked out during my lunch hour even though I really didn't want to.
What would I have done differently? Not had a temper tantrum with my hubby
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my nutrional goals and make sure to fit in 8 cups of water
