30 day shred?

I was thinking about doing 2 30 day shred workouts a day. Would that be wise or shoud I do a different exercise for the 2nd one?

I don't think there's anything wrong with it, it's not a bad thing. Personally, I would get bored with it though.0

You could try doing a 30DS and a Ripped, both are similar but a little different, and bothare 25 min long so it might not get as boring, or I know a few ladies that compliment 30DS with killer buns and thighs, that one is supposed to be a killer, (I have been too afraid to try it yet!) But it looks pretty amazing! But I see no reason to double up 30DS, I have seen some ladies do 1&2 tog then 2 &3, but to double up single levels might get boring!0
