I'm fairly new to this system and the support I've gotten is overwhelming (in a good way). I'm 29 from St. Louis with over 100 lbs to lose. I'm looking forward to sharing my journey!

    I too am challenging 100 plus pounds....BUT TOGETHER WE CAN DO THIS!
