Drinking Acids/ Shrubs - How would you log this?

I just started making Shrubs or Drinking Acids, and I LOVE them. I drink way more water if I add them to my water but I don't have the slightest idea on how to log it.

To make them you take 1 cup of strawberries, pour one cup of sugar over it, squish the fruit a little and leave it in the fridge over night. The sugar pulls out the juice. Then put this syrupy juice in a separate jar with a little of the left over sugar. Then add an equal amount of apple cider vinegar. You can drink it right away but it tastes even better if you let it sit for a day. It ferments and mellows and can last for a year in the fridge. I'm adding a tablespoon or two to a 32 oz cup of water and drink a couple of those a day. It is tangy and refreshing. Some people who have tried it compared it to Komboucha, and my husband hates it. My 3 year old calls it my yucky drink, but likes drinking it...

Should I just log it as a tablespoon of sugar or so? I'm sure I've increased my sugar intake with this but when I drink it I double or triple my water intake.
