Hello people

I have gone from 172lbs to 145lbs but it has taken me a year to do it. I have been 148 pretty much since last August but really want to get to goal before September (135lbs).

Any ideas what I can do to kick start my motivation / reach my goal?

I am trying to stick with 1450 cals per week - I hurt my back and shoulder over doing the exercise so getting back to that slowly!

Thank you people x

Your cals, sugar, and carbs are up. Are there any substitutes you can work in there to bring those numbers down? Maybe switching to lower cal yogurt, or eating a bit more fresh veggies in place of some carbs? If not, then maybe increase your activities by 15 minutes each day, if possible, right before you eat so your metabolism is up before you start your meals.

Weight Lift!! Someone wrote that strength-training was akin to discovering the fountain of youth. I loved that.

I thought I was always going to be skinny-fat, destined to never wear a bikini at 115lbs. But I started heavy lifting and I'm very happy with my results so far. The number on the scale doesn't even matter much anymore.
