Hi All - I am looking for some advice on how to go about decreasing overall body fat. I know weight lifting is good, I started the 30-day shred yesterday, any other helpful tips?

Its mostly about diet diet and diet! exercise definitely helps but if your diet isn't good then you cant out exercise a bad diet!0

30 day shred isn't really 'weight lifting', even if it involves weights.
As Sara said, a healthy diet is the most important part...but real strength training will provide some very nice benifits.0
