    if you really can't stay away from soda, try to switch to zevia all natural soda here and there to help stop drinking it, cutting out totally can be difficult but switching to something a little better and cutting down on that can help you cut out everything.
    i did that with cigs, i switched to an e clg instead of real cigs and next thing i know i haven't smoked in months.
