    1 scoop of whey protein a day (24g protein) - Gold Standard 100% Whey Double Chocolate Flavour. Bought from a local supplement shop, but there are places online that ship to the UK (Optimum Nutritions website?)

    Nothing else. I used to take Creatine (Optimum Nutrition) but that didn't really do much for me, and I sometimes take an Vitamin D, Calcium & Magnesium supplement (Osteocare chewable, bought from Boots) but that's never been much of a regular thing.

    Whey protein and phosphatidylserine are the only two supps I use that i think actually work. Phosphatidylserine will help blunt the high cortisol levels that are brought on post weight training

    My morning routine after my workout consists of Luekic pills, bcaa pills, fish oils, and whey. I take glutamine as well along with casein and pre workout drinks.
    I just got a free thing of muscletech hardcore creatine so I might start taking that once classes are over this week.
