For the life of me i cant figue out if im more happy about my weight loss or more sad, i waited so long to do somthing about it. I like the scale more day by day how ever now the darn mirror is giving me crap! The fact is i can loss the weight but the years will stay forever. I dont have issues about being 39 and a half, but I am so sad i spent my youth being fat and out of shape. So i guess im writing this to all you young ones out there as a warning dont let it get to far out of control before you take it back. Good luck to everyone in this never ending battle with weight.

Thanks for the encouragement! One of the reasons I want to lose weight is to enjoy it while I'm young and to have a strong healthy body when I'm older!

I'm in the same stage of my life tc as I'm turning 39 this year. While I've never been severely overweight I have been out of shape for most of my adult life. I am happy to write that by focusing on my health for the last couple of years I have had more energy and have been happier than I ever thought possible. My words to people struggling with their health is to take responsibility for it no matter what age they are. I believe that it's never too late to start living your best life!
