You should check out my diary. TJ's is less than 5 minutes from my work and way cheaper than eating out. If only they would get those bugs off their blackberries, I would live there. (Now they definitely won't. )

    My favorites:
    - Lemon Thins  5 cookies for 150 calories
    - Dark chocolate pretzel thins
    - Honey Wheat Pretzel sticks  5 sticks 55 calories
    - Fresh raw watermelon
    - Just a handful cashews
    - Vegetable Pad Thai (frozen)
    - Vegetable Curry (any frozen)
    - Butternut Squash Ravoili
    - Tuna Salad Wraps (pre-made)
    - Super Spinach Salad  (pre-made, don't use their dressing as the calories are HIGH)
    - 8 minute Quick Steel Cut Oats
    - Gorgonzola Cheese Crackers
    - Quiches (frozen, meat free)

    Thai Vegetable Gyoza

For gluten-free shopping, ask for their great list. They are very proud of it and it lists every single gluten-free item they sell.

Mmm...LOVE Trader Joe's. I like different products there for different reasons - some are the lowest price of the stores where I shop, others are unique and some just because they're healthy and good. These are some of the items I stock up on regularly when I go:

-Tempura shrimp with soy dipping sauce (I use plain low sodium soy sauce instead of their sauce)
    -Breaded shrimp
-Frozen shrimp (sautee and add to salads)
    -Flax seed tortilla chips
    -Fresh salsa
    -Hummus
    -Fat free pizza sauce
-Orange juice (cheapest I've seen for the not-from-concentrate OJ)
-Yogurt (all of their varieties of yogurt are inexpensive)
-Ground turkey (cheapest I've seen, so I stock up when I go)
-Chicken sausages (nice alternative for BBQs - I don't eat beef)
-Frosted shredded wheat cereal (I have it dry for a morning snack)

So many good products packed into those little stores. Ironically, I tend not to buy much produce there because it seems like a lot of the veggies come in really small packages or individually wrapped, and I don't like to support using the wasteful extra packaging.

Trader Joes has really started to grow on me in the last few months. It's hard to narrow down my favorites to just a few, but I'll try anyway:

-Soy Creamy ice cream sandwiches- 90 calories each, so delicious. Only problem is, it's hard to stop eating them!
    -Organic creamy unsalted peanut butter
-Dried fruits, particularly the "Just Mango Slices". The chili spiced mango is pretty good as well, if you're into unique flavor combos.
    -Chipotle Pepper Hummus <3
    -Pumpkin Butter
    -Organic Garbanzo Beans
-Organic soy yogurt, especially the large vanilla tub
    -Falafel chips
    -100 calorie dark chocolate bars

I've also heard good things about their Spectacular Cookie Butter, but have yet to try it.

I've often said Nutella is crack. The cookie butter? Crack on crack.
