Oh okay. Well I have no idea. If you do the math, you're looking at 2.1 cal per minute per mile on the first one. You would need a second set of data for miles, minutes, and calories burned in order to develop some sort of mathematical relationship on how many you burn per minute per mile etc. Otherwise it's just based on assumptions.0 -
damn.... i was afraid of that. i guess ill just keep what mfp told me i burned (37 cals wich i know isnt enough) and pay closer attention to cals burned next time lol thanks though0

yeah... i know its not the smartest move in the world (its my own treadmill not one at the gym) but i figured that i was walking slow enough..... lol0 -

i have one but its a cheepo one that dosnt count calories and just sucks all around... i just bought the treadmill but a GOOD HRM is the next thing on my list0 -
if i excorcise at 2.5 miles and hour and burn 95 calories in 18 minutes. how many calories will i burn going 2 miles and hour for 12 minutes
