Coffee Sweetner

What do you use to sweeten your coffee? I have been using Cinnabon creamer... too much sugar... half my days allowance is in just the coffee! I was thinking of using nesquick chocolate... what do you think?

    I use stevia its pretty good.

    Honey, its a natural thing, sweeteners are all load with tones of stuff that's not good for you at all. Try and find an organic honey or one from your local farmers market if you have one near by.

    But in the long run, I would say reduce the amount of sweetness in your coffee and drinks until you don't need any. Sugars, sweeteners in drinks are hidden, we don't tend to pay as much attention to the amount in something like coffee.
