Starting Jillian's 30 Day Shred

So many of my friends have suggested the 30 day shred and I have decided that I am going to start it! I need to give myself one week of no workouts because I think I sprained my ankle but next week I will be starting the 30 day shred.

Questions for anyone who has done the shred. Can I work out while I am doing to 30 day shred? I'd like to go to the gym after work for cardio mostly. I was thinking about doing 30 minutes to an hour of the bicycle, eliptical or swimming and then doing the shred in the mornings. Would this be okay? Or do you guys think I would be over doing it? Also, how long do the exercies take? If it's like an hour and a half, then maybe I won't be able to do it before work.

I was watching parts of it on youtube.com and I noticed that she jumps around a lot. I had surgery on my foot a year and a half ago and cannot physically run. I'm not in pain (besides me spraining my ankle) but I cannot run or jump very high. I also don't have a whole lot of flexibility in that foot, since I have hardware in it.
