When the scale won't move.....

The tape measure will!!!

My scale has been stagnant this week. I have been working out, eating well within calories and have been feeling great. The scale doesn't show my effort. So last night, I got out the tape measure and I was down another inch from my hips!!! That is 11 inches less booty than there used to be!!!!

    Wow, I'm feeling your pain with the scale not moving in the right direction, but you definately just helped motivate me to start measuring!
