I am Looking for a daily or daily switching weekly Toning routine. I am Currently 245lbs and "trying" to tighten the lose skin. The Fitness center I use has a Wide selection of gear including Cardio, free weights, Machines (leg press, ect), and open area. The open area includes a lot of things such as anti-burst balls, med balls, mats, tension bands, padded/target gloves, Heavy ropes, jungle gym rack w/ straps, monkey bars, ect. I usually start off with Crystal light energy drink mix(like koolaid) on drive to center, cardio for around 10min to get warmed up, whey protein powder, machine sets (legpress, row, dip, curl, butterfly, ect), then open area then sometimes repeat.
Full body routine needed.

My first thoughts are the only way you get toned is having a low body fat percentage. But looking at your story I see you lost a ton of weight good job. However in losing that weight you have lost some muscle along with it. There is no way to lift to be toned. That is a myth. With that being said, you just need to start lifting to build up your muscle base so that you have something to work from. Are you looking for a total body workout for 1 day or a few days per week where you can focus on a certain muscle group.0

I would like either a daily full body that I would do 3-4 days a week OR a full body that is split up between the 3-4 days even if each day is still full body and changing the individual types of exercise.0

Also my main focus areas i need to work on are thigh, abs and chest. But I would prefer to balance what ever I do.0

I will touch base with you tom, Have to get up early for work. I dont think a full body workout 3-4 times per week will work at least not right away. If you are not used to weight training then you are going to be pretty soar. I would stick to 3 days at the most for now. If you feel better then go for 4 but take it one day at a time. I would recommend getting a recovery drink to take after your workouts to help with the sourness and muscle recovery. I peronally take BSN Amino X. It taste great and works awesome.0
