Ok so here it goes and not sure if this has been asked before. When I am working out and using my hrm should I be more concerned about staying on the Fat Burning or Fitness?

I personally believe fitness. I have the FT7 and know that my heart rate is really low in the fat burning zone. The workout burns more calories when I step it up. Just my opinion.0
