its better than it sounds, trust me!!! haha

what you need:

400gr white fish. (i used nile perch but cod/hoki works just as well!)
tinned tomatos
1 glass of white wine. (i just used the box stuff, doesnt really matter)
spices (pepper, chili, parsely, chives)
spinach, mushrooms (add whatever you want, i didnt include these in the total)

cook the spinach, shrooms, spices in the tomato mix. add in the wine. once thats on a simmer, add in the fish and cook till it flakes apart. serving sugestions are over rice, pasta or with other vegies.

i did mine over pasta.

4 servings.
1 serving = 137 carb 6 fat 2 pro 20 (not including pasta or spinach/shrooms)
