Hi Guys
Just as an experiment i wore my heart rate monitor to work .....I was curious to see how many cals i would burn in a 8hr day, i work in a sedentary job attached to a PC & desk phone -- the only walking i do is incidental to the kitchen/toilet etc
In the 8hrs i burnt 800cals -- i did do a 30min walk for my lunch (which i do everyday - so that may have increased that total)
I wanted to see what's people response to this is .... As mentioned i only did this as a trial
(this will not replace the 1000cals i burn at the gym OR bike riding each day)
I wonder if people include this in their 'exercise tally'
