Can protein make you sad?

For the past week I've been regularly eating above my protein goal, which is between 80g and 115g (20%). But today I'm feeling kind of down in the dumps for no apparent reason, and I was wondering if this is because my carb consumption has been lower? Anyone else have experience with this? I'm thinking about maybe stopping my protein at a set gram amount each day so that exercise calories can be used for carbohydrates instead.
I made my food diary public in case anyone wants to poke around in it.

You are getting plenty of carbs. I limit mine to 75 grams net per day and have more energy then I have had my entire adult life. It is not the carbs and/or protein doing it.
Do you take Vitamin D? If you aren't getting enough sunshine you should take that as it helps with that.0 -
I take a multivitamin but I'll have to check and see if it includes Vitamin D. Pretty sure our milk is fortified, but it's been rainy here for the past several days so that could be it too. Thanks for your input!0
