Anyone here also doing weight watchers and find that you can't eat all of your points?
It seems like some days I don't have ENOUGH, then there's days like today that I have WAAAYY too many, now I'm eating and I'm not hungry...
It's not just WW pts, some days I eat EVERY calorie, and other days, like today, Im left with a bunch...

You just need to plan out what you're eating better. Try eating more calorie-dense foods or making up your day in advance - breakfast, lunch, and a rough idea about dinner.
You need to eat all of your points. Take it from me... bad things happen when you don't. Here's a post I made:

I did Weight Watchers but stopped because of some negative side-effects. From what I can see in your diary you aren't eating nearly enough calories, and that's a problem caused by the program.0 -
When I was on Weight Watchers, I made sure to eat up to my points. I also felt like I was eating TOO much. I think you should listen to your body0

I found that if I ate my activity points, I gained weight. I do body pump classes and spinning classes and I get HUNGRY!!! I am trying this system out on the recommendation of a friend.0

I wish I could say Weight Watchers caused it and I can fix it, but I must say that I've never really been a big eater... so now it's 9pm my time, and I'm sitting here looking at these 400 calories, and I don't know what to o with them. I know I went over yesterday with fat. I just look at this site and look at my points and everything is telling me, including u guys, I'm not eating enough. So I'm going to try and eat them, like I've been doing, I just have a hard time...0 -
Just try to work at it! You don't have to fix it over night.
It helps to eat a bigger breakfast and eat foods that are high in calories but small in size. Try buttered toast, peanut butter, almonds, chocolate, etc.0 -
I was just thinking this morning:
My kingdom for some home fries lmao
maybe I should?
