Hi,

I haven't been losing weight. I usually eat over my sugar amount but rarely over my sodium. Usually its fruit that pushes me over or the sugar in non fat milk. Is this going to be a major problem? Is this why I haven't been losing weight?

thx.
Carissa

I am ALWAYS way over my sugar, mostly from fruit like you. I tried doing research on eating too much sugar from fruit but everything I found talks about added sugars not natural ones or isn't from what I consider to be a realiable source. I don't really worry about it too much but I haven't had any problems with my weightloss.

I am curious about this subject also. my sugar goes over by end of 1st snack:laugh:

breakfast has non fat milk 8 oz, strawberries or blueberries on cereal, and snack is an apple and cheese.

I've been curious about the natural suga too. I know sugar can turn into fat...but not so sure about natural sugar. I will try and find information n it and if anyone else finds information on it please let us all know

Wow, my sugar isn't one of the nutrients I had listed to track, so I just switched it so i could see, and I'm also WAY over, although, I was almost at my limit before I even had a proper breakfast lol. ( I can't bring myself to eat first thing in the morning, so I usually have a kiwi and maybe a little melon, then eat breakfast an hour later or so) .. But yeah, as of right now I still get another 900cal ( not sure how I'm gonna eat that, its all exercise) and I'm at almost 90g of sugar lol

So. a lot of babble, I'm just really curious to see if someone comes up with an answer for this.
