I dont know if anyone knows but on Video on Demand there is a Lifestlyes thing (it escapes me as I type this). Where there are free workout videos: Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels, Carmen Electra and more. Just wanted to share. Didnt know about them myself until just recently. Have a great day!
